Welcome to this month’s post in our series designed to help you do your Month Reviews in your Life Noted planner!
The Life Noted month review posts are on the Friday of the last week of that month in your Life Noted planner, right before the monthly review pages. These are not always the last Friday of each month; they are on the Friday of the week before the start of the new month. Follow along in your Life Noted planner and you’ll find that these posts come up just when you need them! They go up on a Friday so you have all weekend to do your month review.
Each month has a new theme. You can pick the theme you like best and do that every month, or you can do the new theme each month, or pick and choose the elements you like from each month’s theme to do your monthly review. Remember, this is all about you! Do what you find most useful.
In this month’s review, we are focusing on your health.
Look back in your planner, bullet journal, notebook and/ or journal and ask yourself these questions:
What did I do this month that was beneficial to my health?
What did I do this month that was detrimental to my health?
What did I do to improve my fitness this month?
How did I improve my nutrition this month?
What measures did I take to be emotionally healthy?
What other ways did I take care of my health this month?
How can I improve next month?
What can I do to be as healthy as possible for the rest of my life?
When you take care of your health, you are better prepared to handle everything else in your life. Make your health a priority every day. When considering an activity (or inactivity) or food, ask yourself, “Will this help me reach my health goals?”
