Weekly planners with daily notes

The Quo Vadis weekly planners with daily Notes spaces are our original format: the Agenda Planning Diary, created by a French doctor who was dissatisfied with the choices for commercial diaries at the time and decided to create his own.

This format is my personal favorite. It’s my go-to planner for times when I am very busy, especially when I have a lot of roles to juggle. Using this format has taught me a lot about time management.

This format is available in the academic-year Septanote, the January-December Trinote, and the extra large Prenote.

There are several features that make this format so effective at helping you organize your time and tasks:

The days are vertical columns timed to the half hour, so you can see your entire schedule, including when you have gaps in your schedule and free time, and do time blocking.

Every week has a dashboard for your lists and notes. This allows you to categorize and prioritize your tasks so you know exactly what your next actions are. Seeing your task list alongside your timed schedule allows you to see what you need to do and when you have time to do it.

Every day has a space for Notes. This is a great place to write daily tasks, jot reminders, or take down notes. This allows you to keep everything together on your weekly page. No more lost sticky notes!

Every day has a space at the top for the day’s Priority. This is a great place to write reminders for your most important thing of the day, whether it’s birthdays and bills due or reminders to focus on your goal tasks. Keeping your Priorities visible at the top of each day helps you focus on what’s most important to you.
