2017 North American Quo Vadis Meeting

Post Comment

Next week, several of us from Exaclair, Inc. and Quo Vadis Editions will head off to Montreal for the annual meeting of U.S. and Canadian Quo Vadis offices.  We will be joined by the president of Quo Vadis from France.

If you had one thing to say, one issue to raise at the table, what would it be?

  1. aJust got my Septinote planner..hardly fit in my rural mailbox but survived the trip.

    Q. Please continue to make great paper for Septanote planner.
Please. continue to bind in Hamburg NY ( my hometown…live in the mid-atlantic for years but visit home yearly).

Not necessary to have different color binding on club cover….

Keep doing what you are doing and don’t make anything in China.

  2. Why can’t I get the Habana A5 planner in the US. Are you discriminating against us for a reason? I have to get it from U.K. And incur the huge shipping cost.

    • Hi Richard, thanks very much for your comment.

The Habana cover planners are made in France and are not part of the US product lineup. The US planners are printed and bound in the USA. The parent company is in France and the product selection there is much wider and more varied than the US selection. As much as we would love to have the entire French lineup available in the US, at this time it is not cost-effective to import them.

I hope this helps answer your question,

      Laurie

  3. I want to say thank you to Karen and Sunny!

Why? While I have opinions on products and there are some items I’d love to see imported from France, I really want it known how amazing you two are! You take time to thoughtfully respond to email, social media, and allow (with warning) visits to the NYC office.

I don’t know if many understand all the work that goes on every day, and to take the time to have superb customer relations on top of it? I greatly appreciate all that you do and I would like that known beyond anything else!

(and a special thank you to Laurie for her work with the blog & social media).

    Merci beaucoup!
