She refuses to make the switch from paper to computer calendars or digital. She just keeps using her paper planner, because it faster and easier to use and change than “the other stuff.” It amuses her to wait for her wife to catch up on her Blackberry…
Outside of work she keeps busy as Vice Chair of the East End Seaport Museum in Greenport, NY, where she also runs their lighthouse trips and cruises. She is very interested in legends and lore of the sea, including mermaids, sea serpents and selkies.
