I keep an audio journal through a company called LifeOnRecord. I call in my thoughts via telephone. I'm not sure if I can link to a web site in the comments field here, but you can see what it is if you click on "Keep a Journal".

For the past ten years or so I kept a free-form jorunal in a variety of notebooks and journals (I could never settle on just one type). Recently I've kind of grown tired of my own ramblings and decided to focus things a little more by keeping a daily diary and concerntrating mostly on what happens to me each day. I might write a little on my thoughts or feelings about things if space allows, but not too much of that. I found a little five-year diary (6 X 4 inches) that I can use as a one-year diary. It reminds me of the pocket diaries that were popular in the 19th and early 20th century. It's just enough space each day to relate what happens (I don't lead an exiting life) but not so much that it tempts me to ramble. I've enjoyed this change in focus very much so far and have a feeling that for the rest of my life I'll be more of a diarist than a journalist. I like the idea of the Memoriae diaries, and am looking forward to seeing them. I'm a hiker, so I'm excited to see that you have one dedicated to that hobby.
