More space for Sundays?

A couple of weeks ago, Fashion Institute of Technology student and part-time QV employee Nicole Caravella convened a small focus group of New York area students to talk about Quo Vadis planners.

Unsurprisingly, the students gave us some really great—and unexpected—feedback. Some of it was positive: like me, they swooned over the new Robert le Héros covers, and they also liked the variety of planner layouts and the quality of our paper. Among the improvements they suggested, however, one thing stood out in my mind: they wanted to see more planning space allotted to Sundays.

I rarely write out my plans for Sunday, but I figured it was worth asking the question on a larger forum like this blog. What do you think? Would you like to see more planning space for Sunday? Let us know in the comments!

Yes! Yes! Yes! PLEASE realize that the week does not end on Friday!! Many of us work weekends, do projects then, or even want to plan family and leisure activities in our planners. In fact, this is the main reason I order the Quo Vadis Business planner, is that it allocates the same amount of space to Saturdays and Sundays as it does to the rest of the week. Daytimer and most other weekly planners (including some of yours!) have a little tiny doubled up space for weekend days. I work and plan and an am engaged in meetings, volunteering, and workshops 7 days a week. Thank you.

As it happens, QV’s sister company, Exacompta, is currently in the process of finalizing a new format called the Horizon 7, which has a full seven days’ worth of planning space (8 am – 9 pm), a daily contact area, and space for more notes on each page. It’ll be introduced for the 2009 calendar year, so sit tight!

YES please. More space for Sundays! Sundays are a vital part of my life. Also, including “monthly” pages in (more of) the weekly planners would be great, too. Seems like only the Visual and Horizon 11 have this.
