Apparently, April is national Stress Awareness Month. (Who knew? It’s also national Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Poetry, and Humor month.)
But never mind. Chances are that most of us have a little too much stress in our lives, and in that spirit, here’s some advice from a psychologist at the University of Texas whose research has shown that taking the time to write about the things that are bothering you can help improve your health.
